IDIOMSITE

Dear students,
Here we are again. It's been a long, long summer-or maybe not so long- but everything comes to an end. And so today we're back to work.
I hope you've used your English a lot. If you haven't, this might be a good way to refresh it.
This is a nice site where you can find lots of idioms -what's an idiom, teacher?. Well it's sort of a fixed expression. Some idioms are similar to Spanish or Catalan ones and some others aren't.
Have a look and see how many you can understand: Idiomsite
For further information, have a look at the "Idioms" section on the labels cloud on the right part of the screen.
See you soon

1000 images on the tip of my tongue

Dear ESO students,
I found this website with loads of idioms in English and their translation in Spanish (and French too). I think it's great!! Why don't you have a look?
How do you say "a storm in a teacup" or "all peaches and cream" in Spanish/Catalan?
